Space Shift provides analysis technology of satellite data for “Building Detection,”
“Farmland Detection,” “Disaster Detection,” etc. We provide overall support for the
utilization of satellite data, from the selection and acquisition of appropriate satellite
data to consultation on how to use the analysis results, so that you can make use of
satellite data even if you have no knowledge of satellite data.
Space Shift is a certified Amazon Web Services Partner Network (APN) partner. By combining Space Shift's satellite data analysis technology with AWS, we can provide the best solution for our customers.
This service first establishes the most appropriate “satellite data” and “provided solutions” for customers’ needs. We then purchase data from satellite vendors around the world and analyze it using AWS to meet the needs. The analysis results will be provided promptly in the format of the customers' choices. The frequency of data updates can be set to meet the needs, such as annual or semi-annual updates, or sudden updates after a disaster.
The format in which the analysis results are provided is flexible, depending on how the customer ultimately intends to utilize the analysis results.
In addition to formats that can be read by general GIS software, we can also provide the results in formats that can be displayed on systems that are already in use.
We also do provide analysis results in the form of visualized analysis results using web-based GIS tools.
This service utilizes AWS for data processing.
All analysis is performed in Space Shift's analysis environment, so there is no need for customers to register as users.
SAR satellite data from different imaging periods are used to detect areas of newly constructed or demolished buildings during that period.
SAR and optical satellite data are used to detect idle farmland (abandoned farmland).
Detection of disaster areas (landslides, flooding) based on SAR satellite data, which can be observed regardless of weather conditions.
